Project credit

Apply the session fee to a qualifying project

The full session fee is credited when you commission a qualifying EgisOrama project within 30 calendar days.

The qualifying amount is based on the currency used for the project. The credit is applied once and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Changes and cancellations

Plans change. The policy is designed to stay fair.

Reschedule once without charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice. Cancel at least 48 hours before the session for a refund less any unrecoverable processing fee. Later cancellations may receive a partial refund or reschedule credit based on the notice given.

Genuine emergencies are considered reasonably. The booking confirmation states the time zone and complete policy.

How booking works

Simple to arrange, wherever you are

  1. Request the session. Send a short note through the enquiry form so we can confirm the session is a suitable next step.
  2. Confirm and pay. Once we confirm suitability, we share payment and scheduling details. Full payment confirms the session.
  3. Attend online. The 90-minute session runs online. Your confirmation states the time in your time zone, so international clients can book with confidence.
  4. Receive your summary. Afterwards you receive a short written summary of priorities and recommended next steps.

Before you book

Is this a sales call?

No. It is a paid working session focused on your problem. If commissioning a project is not the most useful next step, we will say so.

What if I am unsure which service I need?

That is a good reason to book. Much of the session is spent identifying the most useful priority before any scope or service is decided.

Can international clients book?

Yes. The session runs online, prices are shown in LKR, AUD and USD, and your confirmation states the session time in your time zone.

Is the fee credited toward a project?

Yes. The full session fee is credited when you commission a qualifying EgisOrama project within 30 calendar days.

What qualifies as a project?

A commissioned EgisOrama engagement at or above the minimum for the currency used: LKR 200,000, AUD 1,500 or USD 1,000.

What happens after the session?

You receive a short written summary of the situation, the agreed priorities, recommended next steps and any information still needed.

Can I reschedule?
