How we handle inquiry information

Who is responsible

EgisOrama is a brand and the design consulting studio of Amarosige Private Limited, Company Reg. No. PV00353742, registered in Sri Lanka. Amarosige Private Limited is responsible for contracts, invoices, billing and the inquiry information described here.

Information we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, business or venture name, location or market, service interest, indicative budget, timing, any reference link and the project details you write. We also record the page you submitted from, the time of submission and basic marketing source parameters if they are present in the link you followed.

To protect the form from abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical information from your browser to tell humans from bots. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, confidential credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through the inquiry form.

How we use it

We use inquiry information only to confirm receipt, review and respond, assess fit, arrange a call or consultation, prepare a proposal where relevant, and keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. We do not sell inquiry information. We use it for advertising or campaign measurement only where you have given advertising consent, as explained under Cookies, analytics and measurement below.

Where it is stored

Inquiry submissions are recorded in a private Google Sheet and delivered to us by email through Google Workspace. Cloudflare Turnstile provides abuse protection at the point of submission. Access is limited to Amarosige and EgisOrama staff involved in responding to inquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, after which they may be deleted. We keep information longer only where a legal or accounting requirement applies.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email egisorama@amarosige.com and we will action reasonable requests. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Cookies, analytics and measurement

Owner and legal review required: This section describes the measurement approach prepared for the site. It should be confirmed against the final configuration and reviewed for the laws that apply before launch, and does not itself assert legal compliance.

Essential and security cookies are always used to run the site and protect the inquiry form (Cloudflare Turnstile may set limited functional storage for its security check). With your consent, we also intend to use:

• Analytics and session recording:Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used and improve it.
• Advertising and conversion measurement:the Meta pixel and Conversions API and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure which campaigns lead to inquiries.

These analytics and advertising services are off by default. They load only after you accept the relevant category in the consent banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. We use consent controls (including Google Consent Mode) so that, before consent, these services are not permitted to store or use cookies for analytics or advertising.

Where advertising consent is given, a confirmed inquiry may generate a server-side conversion event to Meta in which limited matching fields (such as your email address) are irreversibly hashed before transmission and used only to measure advertising. We do not send your name, message or other inquiry content to analytics or advertising services, and inquiry pages are configured to avoid placing personal information in web addresses.
