How we handle inquiry information
This notice explains how Amarosige Private Limited handles personal information collected through the EgisOrama website and inquiry process.

Who is responsible
EgisOrama is a brand and the design consulting studio of Amarosige Private Limited, Company Reg. No. PV00353742, registered in Sri Lanka. Amarosige Private Limited is responsible for contracts, invoices, billing and the inquiry information described here.
Information we may collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, work contact details, business or venture name, location, service interest, timing, budget range, relevant links and the project information you choose to provide. We may also collect limited technical information needed to protect the form from abuse.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, confidential credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through the inquiry form.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to confirm receipt, review and respond, assess fit, arrange a call or consultation, prepare a proposal, maintain appropriate business records and protect the website from abuse.
Services used for inquiries
The planned form workflow uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection, Google Apps Script for validation and processing, Google Sheets within Google Workspace for controlled inquiry records, and Google Workspace email for customer and staff notifications.
Access and sharing
Access is limited to Amarosige or EgisOrama staff and approved providers who need the information for the inquiry process. We do not sell inquiry information.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for response, follow-up, business records, security and legal requirements. Specific retention periods will be confirmed before inquiry automation is enabled.
Your choices
Depending on the law that applies, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion or another action concerning your information. We may need to confirm your identity first.
