Product UX & Design Systems

Clearer journeys and stronger foundations for digital products

When this helps

The product works, but important journeys and interface decisions do not feel coherent

Start with the situation that needs to improve. The format and deliverables follow from that question.

01

An important journey creates friction

Understand where people stop, hesitate or make avoidable mistakes.

02

The product has grown without a clear system

Bring repeated patterns, content and interface decisions into a reusable foundation.

03

A new product needs evidence before development

Clarify the concept, journeys and prototype before committing to a larger build.

04

Design and development need a shared language

Create clearer component behaviour, states and handoff expectations for the team.

Is this right for you?

A good fit, and when to choose something else

This fits if you

  • Have a live product where an important journey creates friction or drop-off
  • Have grown without a clear system, and interface decisions now feel inconsistent
  • Want to test a concept and prototype before committing to a larger build
  • Need design and development to share the same language for components and states

Consider another step if you

  • Need a simple marketing website rather than product work. Websites & UX is the better fit
  • Want visual polish without addressing the journeys or decisions underneath
  • Cannot yet give access to a product owner or the delivery team

How we work

A clear path from question to delivery

  1. UnderstandReview the product, users, business goals, evidence and constraints.
  2. DefinePrioritize the journeys, problems and measures that matter.
  3. ExploreShape flows, prototypes and interface directions through structured review.
  4. SystemizeDocument reusable decisions and prepare clear design-to-development guidance.

Possible outcomes

What the engagement may include

The starting scope does not automatically include every item. Your proposal identifies the work needed for the agreed outcome.

  • Product and user research
  • Journey and task analysis
  • Information architecture
  • User flows and wireframes
  • Interactive prototypes
  • Usability review or testing
  • Responsive interface design
  • Component and pattern foundations
  • Design-system documentation
  • Design-to-development support

What we need from you

Useful access keeps the work moving

You do not need a perfect brief, but timely context and decisions make the process stronger.

  • Access to users, customer feedback or existing research where available
  • Product goals, constraints and known technical considerations
  • A product owner or decision-maker who can resolve priorities
  • Access to the delivery team for feasibility discussions
  • Timely review of flows and prototypes

Questions

Before you get in touch

How much does a product UX engagement cost?

Engagements start from LKR 450,000 (AUD 3,900, USD 2,700). The starting price reflects a defined scope. Final scope and price are agreed in writing once the priority work is clear.

Do you run usability testing?

Where it adds value and access allows. We can review a journey against evidence, or run structured usability review or testing. Your proposal states what is included.

Can you work with our existing development team?

Yes. We prepare clear design-to-development guidance and can support feasibility discussions with your team during the work.

We are not sure where to start. Can you help?

Yes. A Design Clarity Session is often the most useful first step to identify the priority journey, the evidence gap and a sensible first stage.
