Context

One company, two connected ways of creating value

Amarosige is a Sri Lankan design-led holding company. Its creative consultancy helps businesses through EgisOrama. Its product portfolio develops PoraPop, Artisan Layers, PrintedSoul, Island Legends and Korale Jewels.

The parent-company website needed to explain why these ventures belong together while allowing each brand to keep its own personality and stage of growth.

The challenge

What the experience needed to make clearer

  • Explain Amarosige in one clear statement
  • Connect consultancy and product ventures without creating confusion
  • Introduce six brands without overstating unfinished ventures
  • Show one company standard without making every brand look the same
  • Invite project, partnership and collaboration inquiries
  • Remain clear and usable on mobile devices

The strategy

A house for thoughtful brands and digital experiences

The parent story was built around a simple idea: design should become useful, memorable and commercially sound.

Instead of presenting Amarosige as a list of holdings, the website explains how the company notices an opportunity, shapes it, builds it and continues to refine it.

Important decisions

Structure before decoration

01

One parent voice, several brands

A calm parent-company voice gives each venture enough context without borrowing the stronger personality of one product brand.

02

One focused launch page

The page moves from purpose to working approach, portfolio, shared standards, collaboration and contact without creating empty subpages.

03

Collaboration as part of the model

Creative, technical, advisory and business partners receive visible paths into the company.

04

A practical contact route

Visitors can identify the brand, service or partnership area connected to their inquiry.

Delivered outcome

What the live experience now provides

Amarosige is our parent company, so this project shows how we work rather than a client speaking on our behalf.

  • A clear explanation of Amarosige and its role
  • A shared story for consultancy and owned ventures
  • A Notice, Shape, Build and Refine working approach
  • A structured introduction to six brands
  • Visible collaboration paths for several partner types
  • Direct email and inquiry-form routes
